Tattoo Questions
The cost of your tattoo will depend on what your idea is, how big you want it and where on your body you want to get it tattooed. Our shop minimum is $100 and will go up from there. Reach out to an artist on our Booking Request page or stop in for a more specific quote!
Yes we do! We recommend stopping by the shop and talking with one of our artists in-person so the depth of the project can be understood by both parties. If you can’t make it to our shop for an in-person consultation, send an email to your preferred artist including a photo of the tattoo you’re looking to cover.

No, all of our gloves are made of nitrile and our disposable medical/bandaging supplies are latex free. Please notify your tattooer of any allergies prior to getting tattooed.

First and foremost, please hydrate! We also recommend eating a substantial meal prior to your appointment and getting a full night’s rest the night before.
We recommend bringing bottled water and a snack when getting tattooed. Bring a charger if you need one and wear clothing that is comfortable as well as accessible for the area you are getting tattooed.
Of course! If you don’t have one, or only have an idea we can come up with something drawn just for you. Our artists are here to help you realize your design and are happy to advise what will work best for you and the longevity of your tattoo.
We require 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment, otherwise, you run the risk of losing your deposit. Exceptions will be made for emergencies only.

Walk-in availability varies by the day, so call the shop for the most current availability. Black Magic Tattoo also hosts Walk-In Saturday every other weekend all year long! Dates can be found posted in the shop window or give us a call or email for more information.
