Rachel Volk grew up in the Des Moines area, and partly Arizona. From a young age, she has always been an artist; drawing, painting, and digital art are all a part of how she found her path in the tattoo industry. With just over a year of tattooing experience, there are many styles of tattoos she is taking on or learning, but anything whimsical and cute, badass, or American traditional is always a favorite!
Inspiration can come from unexpected places – Rachel finds hers in the local drag scene, goth culture, film and animation, and through enjoying the live music scene. A lover of all forms of creativity, she has been producing or consuming art all her life, honing her craft in preparation to give you a fabulous tattoo experience. Rachel is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable space for all of her clients and welcomes all 🖤✨
